Horst Janssen is one of my favorite artists of the last century. I even went to Oldenburg to see his work. A bit of a desillusion, there was not much to see... Apart from his work, I also like the way he 'was'.

Good painting period. Just finished this new Flower painting. You can find it on the page: PAINTINGS: new and flowers. Here is a photo of the studio last week.
An other day in paradise. I have been working on a commission and an other couple of paintings today. The commission has to be a flower painting in the style of 'flower 022'. It might alomst be there. The size of the painting is quite unusual. So it is a real challange.
We are still working on the new sites. We are getting there! Even though a summer holiday with my daughter got in the way. Holland was beautiful and... SUNNY!
